I've only been training with Chris for a couple of months and I'm already receiving the best backhanded compliments from work acquaintances!!
In all seriousness, workouts with Chris are always fun, or at least productive...He really does know his stuff, even though I question everything, he always seems to get it right.
The best part is the individualized attention and private gym. For a complete newbie like me it has allowed me to try things I would have never done in public on my own!! I'm really glad I stumbled across lift!! -

(November 8, 2017, 4:25 am)Been going to lift for three years now! Chris is a fantastic trainer! Really knows his craft well, and provides a variety of training programs(boxing, muay thai, interval) to keep you constantly challenged.
