Not much has changed except now some customers are wearing masks and staff have face shields. The items are donated and therefore are gently or not so gently used. Reasonable prices for 2nd hand items.

As soon as u walk in you're greeted, a worker there stands behind a little table and told me how there are one way aisles at the smaller side aisles, they tell u that the carts and baskets are sanitized for you, you are given sanitizer to use and u go about your merry way...very happy staff and all were wearing the clear face shields....had a very great experience and felt safe!

Great place to drop off gently used items and pick up unique items too. I once got a slurpee machine at one of these places so you never know what you will find!! Slurpee machine needed some TLC but it works great after some cleaning and repair.

Prices are always a bit high but I was happy with the selection.
