(February 18, 2019, 6:32 pm)We stayed at the Crown Paradise Club from January 25, 2019 for two weeks. Reading the previous reviews we were kinda worried about what we were getting ourselves into. I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed out whole stay. The adult area is the best for getting a good relaxing vacation. You can walk the beach for miles if you want to. The beds were so comfortable which is a very pleasant surprise for Mexico. One thing is that should be looked into is the buffet meals. They were okay but not great in any way.
(February 16, 2019, 5:41 pm)We have used Holly before and she was GREAT!! Always returns calls or emails asap, and even gives us her work schedule. Resort was under renovations, of which she informed us, but no problem. Everything was top notch, except smoking in Swim up Bar. Should be a designated area or not at all in a pool!!
(February 5, 2019, 5:36 pm)Nice hotel, hard working staff, great beach. Food while not bad quality was VERY limited in selection. Mexico, the largest producer of Avocados, in the world & only on Mexico theme night did they have any out. Little nightly entertainment. Cheap liquor except for Bacardi & Smirnoff. Not a single cream liquor in any bar. All syrup mixes.
(January 9, 2019, 5:05 am)We went to Ixtapa and stayed at Park Royal. Though a 4 Star hotel but it was a complete surprise. Thanks Holly. Very Very Clean Hotel, excellent service, beautiful beach. Though only one specialized restaurant - Italian but that was top notch. No complaints a real value for money.
