(November 29, 2018, 11:52 pm)I've had issues with their facials and their massages. I have complained but nothing has ever really come from it. Now I avoid them if that's what I'm looking for.
Their pedicures have been great though, so that is the only thing I come here for now.
The amenities are some of the best, but if you are a couple you will be separated. In Winnipeg that's pretty normal. It's often better to do a girls day for that reason instead of a couple's thing. There's more to enjoy together.
They have a great sitting area with nice variety of snacks. There is a sauna, Steam room and an over head shower.
Pro tip: they have one shower in the womens room that has showers from the side too.
(November 16, 2018, 6:02 pm)I was here a year ago and loved it. This time the receptionist asked me to call back when I had decided what I wanted instead of helping me decide. I don't know if it was the same person at the desk but when I checked in she said. "You've been here before - go on back." I had only been there once and a little refresher would have been nice. It was no big deal but you go to a spa for special treatment not to be brushed off and figure it out for yourself.
