I have had Traven the manager helping me various times, and he has set me up with a tank that works best for my needs and converted me to the candy cane fat panda brand, I have saved a ton of money from his helpful suggestions on the tank, coils, and juice. He was patient, helpful, had great product knowledge and a sense of humor also. As a retail manager myself, I appreciate the amazing customer service.

Excellent experience here, the two employees I had help with (Tyler and Apara) were incredibly helpful and patient with me on finding good juices! The deals here are great (100ml bottle for 20 bucks) and the selections are wonderful. The testers however are quite weak and unfortunately taste like plastic, but I was able to try it by a small taste droplet for a better idea. Very open and welcoming atmosphere, definitelly coming back here again soon!

Went to fat panda for the first time was a really positive experience. The guys were really helpful when it came to learning out to use my vape and trying some different flavours. Definitely going back when I need more juice and such. I recommend people going to fat panda especially the Pembina location.
