Tanveer is definitely 5 stars - knowledgeable, patient and really takes pride in finding the right vehicle for you.
The Financing people are a disaster and wouldn't get 1 star from me.
My suggestion is to get your financing in place elsewhere and come with cash.
Very unfortunate that some are doing a great job and others are not, and impacting the overall experience.

Staff was very helpful at all levels! Knowledgeable and not pushy, which is essential for a nervous spender like me. Riley and Cody really took the time to ensure that I understand the vehicle I was purchasing and the costs associated with the vehicle. Michael Sun is very patient and knowledgeable. He explained very detail about the functions of the car and how everything works between financing, leasing and paid by cash. And he doesn't push at all. The process was smooth and fast for the car handover. I am very happy to obtain my new car from Go Autohaus.
