“I ordered P5 rare beef Pho for pick up. The young lady who answered was very friendly. I ordered no cilantro/bean sprouts. Unfortunately when I got my order back to work it had those two items. I called and let them know what happened and they came to replace the beef/noodles with one without cilantro/bean sprouts which I really appreciated since I was at work. However by that time my broth was cold, they also gave me ice cold noodles with ice cold meat. The soup itself would have been very good if it was hot, nice clear broth, good flavor. They could definitely give you more beef, there was only two slices of the rare beef. I will try them again and update the review if all goes well!”
