Had the best experience today. I was stuck in traffic running late and they were incredibly accommodating despite me being their last appointment for the day. Both doctors, the optician and staff stayed late to help me pick out some fabulous frames. I never felt so taken cared of and was so happy to walk away knowing I have beautiful glasses on the way. I can't wait to go back to see Dr. Le for my follow up regarding contact lenses. I live in the South close to the perimeter, it was worth driving all the way to this place. I will definitely be returning to this place for all my future eye appointments.

Waterford Eye Care has exceptional staff and service. I have been there two times with my family and the service that was provided is exceptional. Doctors are highly knowledgeable and they answered all the questions I had. Arsh provided great service when it came to choosing the frames. He took his time and ensured that both, my wife and I, get the pair that suited us the best. At no point he rushed. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking to get their eyes checked, get new glasses or have any questions about eyes, in general.

Great people, great place. I came in to have a peak at glasses left with a brand new pair. No pressure to purchase right away, was given options and recommendations on frames and lenses based on my prescription and needs. They cater to all budgets and do not force you into something you do not want. Arsh explained to me thoroughly the difference between the different options I was given after which I got to decide what I wanted. Both the doctors, the optician and the rest of the staff are a delight! Highly recommend this place!

Exceptional service. Friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Prices are extremely competitive and genuinely helpful. No pressure sales and I left with a new pair of glasses and very pleased with my purchase. My cousin also got a pair and she was happy as well.
