(September 27, 2018, 4:51 pm)My experience so far with the Winnipeg location has left me desiring more. While they may have a large selection of products, they lack in customer service a bit.
My in store experience was that they don't care for my business as the person who "helped" me wasn't interested in providing me the information I wanted (prices). Perhaps they are used to contractors coming in and knowing exactly what they want.
Over the phone was more successful. I had a few things explained, however I wasn't told that I'd have to wait on a quote for out of stock material. So when I didn't hear back from someone I was frustrated.
On a plus side they do respond to customer complaints. So if you do have an issue they will try and make it right.
