Honestly most of these reviews are from people who lost money on cards and had a bad experience because no one rates something good if it "just" works. This actual commercial service end of things for a condo or commercial building is absolutely a great value. The contacts they have are a decent price for even smaller buildings, the repair service is prompt, and the offer free card load equipment with plans so you can have cashless equipment on site. Even better when your contract is up you can easily get new equipment with out any added cost. The free cards take a bit of a learning curve for residents as it isn't a direct load process (might be why some of the low ratings also the load units in retail places can sometimes have issues) but you can pay for equipment that will do direct to card loads that don't need accounts so, honestly the service has been a great value to our condo building, we are on our 2nd contract with them and have very much had a good experience with the company the reviews were shocking because honestly we have had nothing but good feedback on the service other than a little trouble with residents learning how to use the onsite card load when we first got it, and a few electrical issues which I will be the first to admit sucked but were not at all a coinomatic issue and they were very understanding about the whole thing and even sent out repair people who helped sort it out.
