It is so great to see that good old fashion professional service is still alive and well. It is also great to see that these reviews DO actually mean something. I can honestly say that I agree with all the high praise given to Mike. I also wanted to give a “shout out” to his co-worker son. Both are very nice to deal with.

I am a person with a very curious mind. Until I have most, if not all of my questions answered, then I am apprehensive about doing a job that I am not familiar with.
Mike does not get "put off “ with questions. He is more than happy to answer. He is NOT aragonite or has an attitude. He explains and shows you the work that he is doing and or has done.

A simple smile, personable and professional attitude can and DOES go a long way in making a home owner feel like the job that is being done is being done right.

Mike was great and came in a pinch to help us out.

I am super pleased with how fast and efficient they were, while answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Mike was nothing but great to deal with the whole way through. Incredibly accommodating, even offering to push my afternoon appointment back so I wouldn't have to go back to work! When I called to say someone would actually be home, so earlier would be fine, he ended up showing up early and the job was done in under an hour.

On our first call, I had mentioned I was shopping around, and he even offered tips for what I should be asking for to other hot water heater services. That kind of selfless professionalism is rare and very refreshing. I definitely recommend working with All City.
