Went to the Hartford station to report two hit and run incidents. Each time I dealt with a different officer and each time they were courteous and polite. That said, they had a very distinct demeanor, like they were just going through the motions, making little to no effort to build a little rapport. I'd suggest a little more courtesy and maybe some customer service training, it would go a long way in changing the way the public perceives the WPS.
Very gentle when they handcuffed me and their patrol cars are incredibly roomy. Very professional, will definitely get arrested by them again, for sure.
