(January 3, 2019, 8:52 pm)Just purchased a used car here. Car selection gave us a few options. Salesman was polite and listened to our needs and then presented us options until we found one that we were interested in and almost fit the budget. Negotiations then begun. As can be expected sales Mgr ( another very polite person) had to be involved but this is part of the car purchase process. Negotiations continued until we felt a fair price was being presented to us at which time we signed the purchase agreement. Drive the car home the next day. Experience was quite enjoyable. Definitely go back.
(December 31, 2018, 7:42 pm)Bought my new 2017 Hyundai Accent GL from Birchwood Hyundai & it was the best experience I've ever had dealing with any dealership :) there was no pressure, everyone was super friendly, Jennifer Sheppard is an amazing sales woman!! She answered all my questions, was super informative about the car I was interested in & purchased. Kanwal was able to find me financing options that work great with what I can afford. They all made my choice to purchase a newer car easier than I had ever thought it would be, Thank You All so much!!!

(October 31, 2018, 8:13 pm)I had my first oil service and winter tire installation completed at Birchwood Hyundai in October. I was very impressed with the attention Amanda at the service desk provided. I was kept up to date with the service process, car was delivered sparkling clean and in a timely manner. There was no upsell of products or services. Kudos to Kevin my sales associate, who set up the appointment and arranging a loaner car.
(October 17, 2018, 8:41 pm)Service went well. Changeover of winter to seasonal tires took 2 hours ... I guess because I was not in front of the line as my appointment was for 10:30. I was updated every hour on the developments of the service which was quite okay since I had to report for work in the afternoon. They washed the exterior of the vehicle before sending me off. It would have been excellent if their shuttle service going out of the dealership was available the whole day.
