Salesman was polite and listened to our needs and then presented us options until we found one that we were interested in and almost fit the budget. Negotiations then begun. As can be expected sales Mgr ( another very polite person) had to be involved but this is part of the car purchase process. Negotiations continued until we felt a fair price was being presented to us at which time we signed the purchase agreement. Drive the car home the next day. Experience was quite enjoyable.
