The lamp is beautiful. Perfect for what we wanted. BUT.... it did not arrive on time. When it did arrive the store was not able to find a way to get it delivered since I no longer was able to pick it up. Some days later I did make it to the store but it was too late for the celebration it was intended for. I was disappointed that the store was not able to find a way to meet their deadline - Using a cab to deliver it would have been an easy way to make a customer happy, get it here in time for the event and meet their own deadline. In addition, the lamp shade was broken and we had to go all the way back to exchange it. They did not make any concession for all this inconvenience. Great lamp. Poor service

Pickup location, not even TomTom could find the place. Need more detailed directions, Google map just NOT good enough.

Love this store. The only complaint is that I wanted to buy a small ottoman and there was none in stock. I live outside the city and not close to this location so I asked it I could order it to come to a closer location and I was told that couldn't happen. I asked if I could buy the floor model but that wasn't allowed either. You had other colours there so could I not have bought the floor model and the store replace it with another one?
