(January 13, 2019, 6:07 pm)Amazing service. The technician that came out was Brandon, he was very friendly, polite and professional. It's my first time calling in this company and they will be the only company I call in from now on. Brandon took his time to explain to me what he was doing and also made some nice small talk. I definitely recommend this company 100% and if possible, ask for Brandon (not sure if you have a choice lol).
(January 12, 2019, 10:09 pm)I called Red Alert on Saturday around 1pm, dispatch said she will get the plumber to call me back within an hour. Harley called me back within 30 minutes and said he will come the same day to look at the clogged sink. He was very polite, and within 10-15 minutes was able to unclog the sink. Great customer service and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend to Winnipeggers!

Matt (the owner) definitely knows how to run a great business and has a solid group of people working for him. I highly recommend this company!
(November 29, 2018, 5:23 pm)I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. Right from the start on the phone booking the appointment they were amazing. The team that came to my house took the time to do the job right and really showed they cared, they even had there boss on the phone at one point and they way they were talking and the question they asked truly showed the care they have for their customers, and the job that they do. Highly recommend to anyone with sewer and drain needs!

Took the time to listen to my question, ask clarifying questions and look out for MY best interest. Great experience.
