Tea Mate

Stopped by for the first time yesterday to pick some Christmas gifts. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the Manitoba Strawberry tea! Great selection, clean, inviting store. I'll definitely be back. Such a great addition to the South Osborne neighbourhood.

Beautiful space and very friendly owners. We enjoyed our visit and will for sure be back! Love to see a specialty tea store in the area. My only suggestion would be for the option to purchase in larger quantities (maybe this is a possibility and I wasn't aware?)

I bought an envelope of green tea and gave it to a friend; they report the tea was ‘spectacularly good with a clean finish and a delicate, lingering fragrance itself worth the brewing’. I wouldn’t be surprised if they went back to buy that tea again and again.

The store is lovely - carefully laid out, as neat and clean as the fussiest customer would want, and in a great location both for drivers, transit users, and locals in South Osborne.

One slight warning, and this is not an issue with the proprietors since they are entirely above-board and honest about this: the products may all contain soy and tree nuts. If you have a severe soy or nut allergy (like me, unfortunately) you may wish to be careful. I cannot stress how good it is of the proprietors to take this seriously; I’m recommending you to all my friends because you were honest. THANK YOU.
