I was blown away by the customer service I received from Eric Ricard, I found him through making a post on facebook, he inboxed me and he replied quick, got me a super reasonable quote for the work I needed to be done. He then booked me in not even a week from then and got the job done within the same day I dropped the car off, he was professional and always kept me up to date with what was happening, he even went above and beyond and changed another part for me at no additional cost and the quote he gave me was exactly what I had paid, not a penny over. I just want to say, thank you to Eric Ricard @ Boxer Performance Canada for taking care of my car and I and always being honest and keeping me in the loop. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had at a shop, and my go to for any future work I need.
