We received a new furnace and AC unit in our house. The technicians that did the installation were very professional and did great work. Really good at communicating the next steps during the process and very quick to respond to questions I had after the install. I am in a rather unique position to review a HVAC contractor I did the same trade for 46 years, just retired January 2020. We have an insurance program for our house hold mechanical equipment because I know how expensive parts are, even for someone in the trade. We had a problem with our boiler which I of course ,worked around ,and got heat in the house again. The insurance company sent Global and since I know what the trade entails ,I know a good serviceman when I see them. Dal, is that kind of serviceman, smart, punctual, and does the repair in the correct manner. We need more people like Global and Dal in the trade they off set the truly terrible work some “ contractors” do ,some of these people should rethink their career path. Be Blessed Jack
