Very impressed with the service and flowers we recently purchased from Academy Florist. Our dear friends were getting married in their home and I picked the beautiful garden bouquet to give them. Firstly it was easy to order online, secondly it was ready and waiting for us when we wanted to pick it up, and lastly the chosen flowers were amazing! Peonies, roses, Astilbe, and others, in such lovely colours. A great job done by all involved. Thank you!

The owner, Irene called to help rectify the situation with the arrangement my mom and I bought for a funeral.
She explained to us the situation, and was very apologetic about what happened. We appreciate the level of customer service that Academy Florist has when it comes to correcting mistakes. She could've easily just apologized, and left it at that because it wasn't her fault and a situation out of her hands, but she offered us compensation which is above and beyond what we expected.
