Laser Away Ltd.

Well I just left the clinic. I saw a nurse, who tried to push numerous products on me, which I had no idea of as I hadn't even been explained what kind of procedure they would like to do. Nor was I visited by Dr. Pinette.. They left me waiting for him for over an hour so in that time I reviewed the google reviews and it seems like I was right: laser Away is notorious for making people wait extensive lengths of time, with little-to-no results, and that they are a cash grab.

I waited 4 months for this appointment just to have that happen. The worst part was when I decided I was going to leave, because as I was walking out, I saw Doctor Pinette and a nurse in what looked like a break room, SOCIALIZING!! So you mean to tell me you leave your patients (first time being there, too!) Sit for over an hour while you socialize in the break room? No thanks. I am NOT giving them my money!

So on my way home I made a doctor apt with my family physician to re-write a referral letter, but to a different organization. Please take my advice and that of others on here, don't waste your time! (Or money!)

**UPDATED REVIEW:**
I received a call from Dr. Pinette's office apologizing for the confusion in missing my appointment. I was able to come back and see him that day, at which point him and his staff apologized profusely and did their best to make my visit enjoyable, and fast. I was in and out within an hour and a half from start to finish, which was great timing. I'm glad I gave Dr. Pinette and his staff another chance, because they were very friendly helpful and professional. I look forward to my next scheduled appointment with Dr Pinette and staff in the new year!

I would not go anywhere else for my skin care needs! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The skin care lines they carry are the best!

I have been attending this Clinic for several years and the doctors and other staff are extremely professional and highly trained. The doctors are available for thorough consultations before, during and at completion of treatment schedules. This is one location that is able to focus on the needs of clients in a respectful and caring manner.
