It will be nice to have this library open for longer hours, and on wednesdays as well.

Pros: The entire building is one level, which is helpful for those with mobility concerns. Spacious with lots of natural light. Self-checkout and drive-up book drop off slot available (they didn’t have these at the old location)

Cons: Exceptionally terrible location. A library should be within a community, not alongside a busy thoroughfare. The old location was within walking distance of several schools, daycares, a community centre, and many residences. Currently, it is challenging to turn into the lot if you’re coming northbound on Archibald. There’s also not a lot of parking.

Note: They have the exact same hours as the old library did.
