(January 18, 2019, 7:55 pm)EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Called to get a time estimate on an insurance claim and was delighted to hear that we didn’t have to jump through hoops to replace our losses. Dean made our experience easy and made longtime customers out of us. Our wedding bands were true to what we had and the replacement time exceeded our expectations. Gem Trading is our new jeweller. So compassionate and we felt like they really wanted to help us.
(January 18, 2019, 7:44 pm)I went in to Gem Trading to have some jewelry repaired and had a great experience while dealing with them. They were very welcoming and gave me insightful information on the true value of what I was having repaired so that I wouldn’t have to waste my money unless I still chose to have it repaired. In other words, they gave me a couple of options to consider . I felt like they weren’t just there to take my money but explained where the value of jewelry really comes from.
