  Andrea's did a good job fixing my dryer in the same day that's so fast. I'm very satisfied and trust on his job and he his very friendly.

  Express Repair is an awesome service!! They answered my call immediately. I received a call back within minutes from the repair person. I received a service call within 2 hours. My washing machine was restored to full service within the hour. My dishwasher needed new rollers for the bottom rack. He ordered them via iPhone and came back next afternoon and put them in. Very pleasant, helpful, and gave me suggestions to get best performance from my appliances, ongoing. I will surely recommend EXPRESS REPAIR to my family and friends. You don’t get service like this anymore. Good customer service seems to be a dying art so I am going to hang onto this fridge magnet and not let it get out of my sight in case I need to call again for something else.

  I called Express to repair a leaking dishwasher. The serviceman was excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind, and he did a great job on the repair, quick and effective. My issue is the cost. While they do waive the site visit fee if you go with them and offer 25$ off, they quoted me 90 dollars for the part, and 150 in labour. The job took less than thirty minutes, and when it was time to pay, he told me the labor cost would be 200$, much more than originally quoted. In addition, they did not honour the $25 discount which was promised when I called, and despite paying $220 of the bill in cash (and the other 100 on mastercard), they charged me a fee on the entire amount for using credit card.
  
  Overall I was happy with the service and the repair, but the ~$320 (only 90 of which was for the part) cost for less than half hours work was unexpected and very high. I will definitely shop around next time to find better rates.

  My washer stopped working mid-cycle--clothes sitting in water inside and door locked. I called Express Appliance Repair and Vitaly came out to inspect the machine within 4 hours. After diagnosing the problem he returned the next day to install the faulty part. He was courteous, personable, patient in his explanations, arrived within the window of time promised and seemed to be very competent in completing what he had to do efficiently. I was pleased with this service.
