Best Buy

One of the better Best Buys in the city!! Last year, when looking for a TV, one of the great guys that works in that department, talked to me and my boyfriend for about an hour. Explaining all their deals, how to get the best deal and showing us how each one compared to others.

More recently I had to return a mac past its return date. I talked to the manager and explained my situation. Within 30 minutes and a couple calls, he gave me the full refund. It was a HUGE relief and I'm incredibly thankful.

The pick up kiosk went above and beyond to help me with my order. Turns out there was a glitch in the online reservations. I wish I remembered who helped me out but he was very knowledgeable in all the questions I had before I purchased my computer and accessories.

This is one of the smaller locations I have visited. That said, they have an excellent variety of products and lots of branded displays and demos.

Also, the staff was friendly and seemed customer-centric.

Only Bestbuy on the Southside of the city. They sold some interesting product that your usually get from online. I would prefer to have more sales associate on the floor. Sometime I have to wait more than usual just to talk with someone.
