  This is hardeep and i visted toys r us today
  And the thing i noticed about here is helping staff. On the main desk a girl her name starts from" k "(sorry i forget her name) she was very helpful and she helped me a lot for packing stuff during her busy hours and i really appreciate for her work and if her manger or supervisor read this review please you guys appreciate for her work also (14 july)

  Great place. Bought a little tike truck for my son and when arrived home, the assembly manual was missing, tried to assemble it myself with no luck, put everything back into the box and back to the store. First we met this sweet young girl who works there and were very welcomed. Explained the situation before she calls in the store assistant manager, James. He was very understanding, and immediately asked one other employee to grab a new truck, made an exchange with the new one and gave me a ticket to pick it up assembled the next day. Everybody was happy :-). Very good and proactive attitude. Keep up the good work...
