“I went to return a fishing rod today I bought about a week ago that was just a tad too long for my preference and was going to replace it with the same one but just 6 inches shorter. I walked up to the front desk and gave the cashier the wrong receipt by mistake and scrambled for a couple minutes looking for my receipt and I truly couldn’t find it (and I still can’t find it which really bothers me)... I didn’t expect to be able to walk out with the fishing rod I wanted today because I didn’t have the receipt in the end and that would’ve been fair, but the staff believed me and just exchanged the fishing rods even though they didn’t need too. The staff is very nice, understanding and our very knowledgeable. Excellent store, staff and customer service! If any worker reads this, thank you very much!”

We have the funniest talks and she does and amazing job. Such a perfectionist (thats what we need down there!), makes me very comfortable and tries to do it as painless as possible. “On July 2020 I phone to ask a couple questions concerning hair bleach and Adreanna was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. When I arrived to the Regent store and walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by the girl who was letting people in safely amidst this COVID 19 . Although she was unable to come close as I asked where certain items where she kindly directed me to them . I was not able to find one particular item so she said she would be happy to help me get it and as I moved back she found what I was looking for and took it to the front cashier as I continued to shop. When I went to check out the cashier was super friendly and she was quite supportive on my choice of hair color as I was a bit nervous to say the least and she even had a sense of humor that "Its just hair" she said . We had a good laugh. Overall a great experience and I would shop there again anytime for the great advise and friendly customer service.”
