Every few minutes someone is asking you if you need help, happy for good service, I bought a Fenwick rod here

I went to return a fishing rod today I bought about a week ago that was just a tad too long for my preference and was going to replace it with the same one but just 6 inches shorter. I walked up to the front desk and gave the cashier the wrong receipt by mistake and scrambled for a couple minutes looking for my receipt and I truly couldn’t find it (and I still can’t find it which really bothers me)... I didn’t expect to be able to walk out with the fishing rod I wanted today because I didn’t have the receipt in the end and that would’ve been fair, but the staff believed me and just exchanged the fishing rods even though they didn’t need too. The staff is very nice, understanding and our very knowledgeable. Excellent store, staff and customer service!
