The sales whose name call Tim offered me a reasonable price. Staff at car service department treats me very nice. But one thing I would like to tell is that the receptionist needs to improve the customer service. A lady who is the receptionist didn't call customer's name, just spelt customer's name and didn't listen to customer's words completely on phone. It happened to me after I bought the car. This is one thing Auto List should improve.”
