Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff at all their locations. When my pet was starting to gain weight, they suggested a different food. My pet is back to a healthy weight. Thanks!!

The few animals they keep in the store are cute and they have a surprisingly large stock of pet foods and such so no matter how picky your pet is you should be able to get it here.

Great experience going here! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jeff the manager. They not only did a special order to bring back the Yak cheese chew in that they had discontinued that my chewer is obsessed with, but after enough times they put it back on the shelf (these are 10x longer lasting than bully sticks for the intense chewers).
When we bring the dogs in with us, the staff are always accepting of the many face kisses my dogs have to offer. Plus you can book via text for grooming services. The list goes on, this place is fantastic!
My only complaint is that there isn't much of a discount for purchasing wet dog food by the case.
