If you don’t use Gino your insane. I had 3 different realtors before I found Gino and no one can live up to him. He is super responsive and answers any questions I have, even the dumb ones. He’s always smiling and my favorite - always on time. Not only that but he always has awesome perks for his clients. I used his moving van when I moved to my new home and it was a life saver. He legit bought a van for his clients to use.

Most realtors just aren’t interested once the paperwork is signed but he will help you through every single step of the way. He’s super knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. He’s also honest which was really helpful when choosing a home. He didn’t want me to just pick one so he could get paid. He pointed out every flaw and possible issue. Just an all around great guy who really knows what he is doing.

Even though he was in a super busy time of his life, he took the time to answer all my emails and set us up with a matrix to start our search. My fiance and I were trying to buy our first home so of course that came with many questions, and Gino always took the time to answer each and every one of them. He met with us at countless houses until we found the one we loved. Within the week of finding it he got the offer in and we had purchased our dream home.
