Aspire Dental Centre - Charleswood

I'll try to keep this short, but no promises! I have always had amazing experiences here, but have never shared in this way! I'm 37 years old and started having self conscious feelings about my smile. Having MS, Fibromyalgia, having just gone thru a bout of ovarian cancer, a spinal cord injury etc, the meds and general life business and other priorities had left my mouth neglected. I went for a cleaning about 3 weeks ago and tho thorough and very professionally done, there were still deep cracks from grinding (during bad pain nights) and extensive staining that couldn't be recovered from all the meds (I'm on nerve blockers to walk and unfortunately for me, teeth need healthy active nerves to thrive)!
Dr. Vong heard my concerns, my sadness and embarrassment. He gently and gave me all the options and we chose to have a procedure to cover fill all my exposed uppers today!! Well! What a transformation! My first glimpse of my new smile sent me to tears! Like almost "ugly cry" kinda tears!!!lol Dr. Vong and assistant didn't only just fix my teeth or my smile today. They fixed years of looking at myself and seeing my illnesses staring back at me! They made disappear my feelings of shame or embarrassment to smile at people close up! They made disappear all anxieties of smiling at my clients, partner, family and friends!! That's HUGE!!
I wish I could post a before and after for you (it may be on their web page), to show you the transformation! It was done to perfection with kindness, humbleness, understanding and blankets and pillows for my aching body too! I've NEVER been to see another dentist office so poised in professionalism, care, sweetness and an overall invested care of their patients!
If you're seeking out a dental office where you genuinely feel like family, STOP LOOKING! In my humble opinion there is NO better place!

Very nervous at dental offices, they made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained before anything hppebed, they made sure I was calm and comfortable before they began. I was in for a tooth extraction. All things considered, a pleasant dental visit!

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson ever since my first Visit as a child he is done my dental work my entire life. And has been nothing but professional and incredibly skilled at his job. He is up on the latest techniques and has the experience that only years of dedicated service can bring you. Highly recommend

As someone with a fear of dentists, I wouldn’t have believed I’d be leaving a 5 star review. I’ve been there 3 times now for cleanings and an extraction and experienced next to no discomfort. All of the staff is friendly and reassuring, Dr. Vong made sure I was comfortable and fully aware of what to expect. I will be back and recommending Aspire to anyone looking for a dentist.
