I've been a customer since the very beginning, and probably go at least a couple times a month or more. I usually never go there with anything in mind, but I always leave with something.

A good place to look for DVD or blue ray lots of selection. A lot of music c.d.'s as well. Staff is friendly. Although some of the music the staff chooses to play while you are browsing is not for everyone..... I would assume that people would be more inclined to stay and shop longer if there wasn't death metal playing. I understand that we all have different tastes in music,but I think playing music that may be a little more happy or positive may induce a more positive sale bracket.

Following up on a friend's recommendation, I was just checking out the store and I was quite impressed by its neatness and organisation, and by the good order and variety in the DVD sections. I shall definitely visit again soon when I have some spending money.

Pretty wide and incredibly varied selection of pretty much all types of physical media new and used (even laserdiscs). You can find almost anything there. As well, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and will go out of their way to assist you. Of course, they don't have EVERYTHING, and it can be pretty hard to search through. But I would definitely recommend.
