It's a bank. Designed to take as much money from you as possible, for investing purposes you will be charged 9.99 per transaction buying and selling stocks, a much better option is Questrade considerably lower fees. Rbc has a 24.99% interest rate on the most basic credit card, higher than average mortgage rates, better option use a mortgage broker, who guaranteed will find you the lowest rate possible, make sure you pay your mortgage bi weekly instead of monthly as this alone saves you interest over the length of your mortgage. Open an rrsp with a bank and they will be taking there cut, again open one with questrade and invest in yourself, and pick your own ETFs or stocks, always make sure the stocks you choose pay you a dividend to further build your wealth.
The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The place is in great shape, too. They have multiple counters and ATMs.
