I've dealt with this amazing shop over the years. I decided to try birchwood collision as that's the dealership I originally purchased my Tacoma from. I will never stay again. I've had horrible experiences at both their collision centre and dealership.
I brought my truck in 5 years after a claim I used Jim Pattison for, because the clear coat was chipping on my doors. They not only fixed my doors, they fixed other areas as well free of charge. The staff are always super friendly and outgoing, you can tell they take pride in their jobs and that's a breath of fresh air in today's world. Jim Pattison has a customer for life. Great service great staff! not only did my car leave with a new bumper but the car was detailed so well inside out I'm almost looking forward to the next as**ole to hit my car and drive away just for the amazing detailing that was worth probably more than my deductible
