On the 27th, Steve came to our house, assessed the shower situation and a few hours later, everything was done to our great satisfaction. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the service of Rocket Rooter. In this day and age, it is very hard to find such quality and prompt service. Thank you!!!!

Every one was very professional and I really appreciated how easy and stress free Alex made the whole process. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to my family's schedule. The bathrooms are beautiful and we are very happy with the whole experience.
(February 17, 2018, 11:11 pm)What a horror it is when your sewer backs up, and all that 'stuff' begins to flood your basement. I was desperate, and willing to pay any price to get it fixed.
I called Rocket Rooter even though it was a holiday, and they had their guy Randy, at my door a few hours later. He was a huge guy and carried his heavy equipment with ease down to my basement.
He set to work immediately and had my sewer line cleaned out under two hours.
To tell you the truth, I can't praise Randy enough. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and finished the job quickly. Thank you Randy.
Believe me, this IS the place to call when you have sewer problems. And the cost, far less than what I expected.
I highly recommend Rocket Rooter to everyone.
