Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Winnipeg Southdale by Jack Nathan Heal

I used to go to Lakewood Medical growing up. They’re a great business but I always hated the fact that when you come as a walk in, you’re left sitting there like you’re waiting in a hospital room. Personally, I don’t have time for that as I have other errands to usually run if I’m going to visit a doctor for something.

At Sunshine, I feel like once I’m checked in, I wait only a few minutes (depending on how many doctors are on that day, of course), get seen, and I’m out with my prescription. That’s how it felt today, when I came in feeling yucky and nauseous, amongst other things.

I love how fast the service is and how convenient it is as well when I can drop by after work if I need a quick refill on some medication before going home for my day. 5/5 would highly recommend. This is the only office I go to now and have been very satisfied so far.

I have been bringing my friends and loved ones for years in this clinic. This clinic never ever fails to bring their best in providing the highest possible care for my friends and loved ones.

As I am reading the previous reviews, I found some reviews / comments very offending and / or racist. I do truly feel sorry for the owner and the entire team of the clinic. I do see all the effort, the hardwork, the commitment, and the dedication the owner and the entire team gave to ensure the highest possible service to the public; however, this is the era when people are very ungrateful and do not appreciate all good things until a hammer will smash them.

I do salute the owner and the entire team of the clinic for being tenacious on what they are doing in order to serve the public in the best possible way despite of undeserving reviews and / or backlash they receive from time to time.

The clinic opens 7 days a week. Very convenient to book an appointment. Dr.Letkeman is always patience to listen to your concerns. He explains things in simple easy to understand languages. He even pulled up the recent research articles on his computer to show me the pros and cons of taking a particular medication. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. The clerk is cheerful and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family members.

Thanks to to Dr Letkeman I'm not blind. His timely referral to an ophthalmologist saved my vision. I wish I could say the same about my optometrist but no chance there. The doctor is very thorough, takes his time and is not afraid to order tests. I make an appointment a day or two ahead of time and avoid the wait of walk-in.
