During the heat wave in June and July 2020 my air conditioner was not cooling the home as well as it had in previous years. I was assuming it was just the horrible temperatures making it impossible to get the air cool as I live in the top floor of an older home.

I realized it was not working when it finally cooled down and it was still not cooling the house. I called super value for a service call on Friday night for a service call and they called me back first thing Saturday. I gave all my information and they booked it leaving me an email to confirm. They came promptly after calling me when they headed over and the entire appointment took 15 minutes they quickly found out the issue was my filters (I didn't bother to look at my filters since I don't own the home) they sold me high quality filters on site saving me the trip to the store during covid and delivered it the next day.

Always receive excellent service from this company: this time: still awesome! Appointments are always available within a couple of days: no long waits. They confirmed our appointment by email to reassure us and let us know when the technicians had almost arrived at our home. The technicians are always pleasant and respectful. They use quality products and inspect their own work to ensure they've performed to their high standards. Their prices are comparable to other Winnipeg companies and they often have discounts and special offers.

We had a great experience for our carpet cleaning. Both technicians were very professional and good to deal with. They mentioned some spotting could occur once the carpet was dry and to call them if that happened. I did and they promptly returned to fix within a couple of days.

If you are getting your carpets cleaned, I recommend you give them a try!

The crew were incredibly accommodating with me having to reschedule. They were able to work around all my kids toys. They were able to get the smell of cigarettes out of my ducting from the previous owners. I got the works done to my ducting and it took less than 3 hours and I had two main trunks and 3 mini trunks to clean. At the end my ducts were honestly shining from the cleaning and sanitation.
