(July 7, 2018, 5:21 am)I have lived with K Four Properties for a year now; and I have nothing to complain about. I would strongly recommend KFour Properties to anybody looking for an apartment. I am planning to live with K Four until I get my own house.
(December 9, 2014, 1:58 pm)Kay Four Properties has been managing our strip mall for many years. They are ethical and act as a fiduciary in all respects. They are well versed in the all aspects of leasing and maintaining the property. They understand the type of tenant we need when one does vacate and work tirelessly to find the right fit. Being an absent owner in another province they communicte with us as needed and I feel assured that they are working on my behalf. I would highly recommend them as a property manager.
(November 26, 2014, 7:35 pm)the website is very professional looking and easy to navigate. The photos are helpful in seeing what is available and where. Kay Four Properties manages their properties very professionally but haven't lost their 'family like' atmosphere.
