(February 28, 2020, 1:43 am)Lydia is very professional and takes her time to understand what my injuries are and listen to my concerns. Lydia has the knowledge and understanding that helped get me back into my routines as quickly as possible. Physio was effective as well as the acupuncture sessions. The facility is clean, and inviting, and conveniently located. The small gym has everything you need for the prescribed exercises!
(February 27, 2020, 12:51 pm)I took my daughter to see Lydia for a sore ankle. My daughter was a bit nervous about seeing a physiotherapist and Lydia was amazing with her. She was gentle and explained everything really well so that we both could understand.
