Shine Dental River Heights

I had the worst dentist-anxiety causing me not to go to the dentist for 4 years prior to my appointment (with a different office). However, I made an appointment after finding them on google and they have changed my dental experience significantly. The women in this office are very caring and are committed to getting your teeth in excellent condition but also making your experience comfortable from the moment you walk in that door. I will never go to another office. Such a great group of people at this office.

For the first time in Canada I felt visible. From the moment I walked in I was treated like an old friend that they knew personally. They took time to explain everything that was happening to me "tooth by tooth". Pains takingly answered all my questions. Used technical terminologies when recording, which helped not to alarm me with just how bad my teeth are.
I look forward to my next visit.

I went there for the first time and I have to say Brian was the most gentle Dentist I have ever experienced. He was very thorough in his discussions on options but also listened to me. I did not feel rushed when we discussed anything as he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed. Everyone was very friendly and the office was extremely clean. Would highly recommend this office to anyone. I will be going back!

I had a dental emergency before the long weekend and called Shine on tuesday morning when they reopened. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours, and the doctor that helped me did an amazing job. It was both the least painful and least stressful dentist visit I have ever had - even knowing there was a possibility of a root canal. They also take care of putting a claim in to your insurance, which is extremely helpful. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this team/location to anyone needing some dental work done, whether big or small. Thanks so much for the wonderful work!

We have enjoyed Dr.Janet for almost as many years as she has been a dentist and wish her success in her new endeavours. I hope we get to see her on some of our future visits to Shine.. Dr.Bryan has seen my husband two times now and again we are receiving the same excellent care. Great staff all around. See you tomorrow when I come in for my cleaning.
