We went to your store back in Dec in preparation for our move in June but we uncertain of our timeline at that point in time. I went back the end of May and found the salesperson very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew her stuff and was able to assist me in making my purchase. We are a little disappointed that it is 8-10 weeks for delivery but such is life. I was grateful for Pat’s input and would rate our service 5/5. We have purchased from lazy boy prior and we are very happy with the company.

Met Lorraine when we stopped in, did a preliminary "shop" with her, narrowing our search by our heights, seat depths, habits, etc. We booked a design consult and had a home visit in no time. Reviewing the plan, back in their design office in-store, our home's space, existing decor and first visit's preferences were laid out clearly. With the sofa & chair style picked, there were still an endless number of options for fabrics/patterns. The choices weren't as overwhelming as they seemed, with guidance, and we could focus on the final look. We got to touch each large (12x24"ish) swatch and it was easy to find the feel of the fabric we wanted. They planned a whole room update, but respected our existing pieces we wanted to keep. We chose to purchase only the seating pieces at this time, but based on the design proposals, have completely reorganized the layout of our awkward, long living room. It feels far more comfortable for both conversation distance and viewing angles. A big thank you to Lee-Ellen and Lorraine in Winnipeg, for great advice and a great experience - no hassle, no pressure, very patient. I recommend them highly.

Went today and bought a new reclining loveseat. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. Am sure we will love it when it arrives
