Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions. Prices included all taxes when I was quoted. There were no surprise charges. First time dealing with them and it was the best experience I've had dealing with a vehicle repair company. They now have a new customer for life. Thanks Lanpro!

I went here to test drive a car I had my eye on, and ended up buying it! When I walked in, they were clearly very busy. But Lance was very pleasant when dealing with me and my girlfriend. Even though we hadn't booked a test drive, he essentially dropped everything to make sure we were able to test drive the car we wanted to in a timely manor. No pressure from the salesman for extended warranty or anything of that sort, and was overall a stress free experience from start to finish. I'm loving the car, and would recommend Lanpro to anyone in need of a good condition car with a hassle free purchasing process.

Being a twenty one year old university student, I’ll admit that I don’t know much, if anything, about fixing cars. When my BMW started having issues with stalling and overheating I came to Lanpro in hopes of finding a fix and solution. The staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring. They explained things to me in a way that I understood, which helped me feel confident that I was making an informed decision and that my car was truly in the best hands.Although there is still plenty of work ahead for the car, it is driving better than it ever has. I definitely am so glad I brought my car to Lanpro.

My first experience with Lanpro Auto Care Centre was when they were located on Wall St and Ellice Ave. At that time Lance and John took very good care of the vehicles I could afford to drive at that time, probably extending the life of the vehicles by several years and saving me hundreds of dollars and the headaches of breakdowns. Both Lance and John took the time to explain what repairs were needed and why.
I of course followed them to the current location further west on Ellice Ave. I have been a very happy client for over 25 years, my vehicles have been kept on the road as long as possible.....until Lance will say 'Neal, it's time to let the vehicle go'........
I appreciate the hard work they do, the thorough maintenance of the vehicles and the drive to ensure the client is taken care of.
