Mallabar provided us excellent service for our wedding apparel. From the jacket, down to the accessories. All was great right down to the return. Friendly and outgoing service.

Ordered a suit for my wedding, as well as rented suits for my groomsmen. We had fun getting fitted and sorting out the details. Everything turned out great in the end, but I was a little nervous about how short of a timespan there was between the suits coming in only about three days before the wedding, my guys picking up their suits, getting alterations and making sure everything was okay, and the wedding itself. We all live outside of Winnipeg and that added to the stress on my end. If I was not adamant about making sure everything was taken care of with time to spare we would have been getting by at the 11th hour. I understand Robert was under an extreme amount of pressure during this time because of it being a busy time of year, but a little more communication to give your clients confidence goes a long way. I felt bad for him because I could see how hard he was trying to make everything work. However, I needed a little reassurance to have complete trust. Maybe they need more staff at peak times? Robert was good to deal with and you can tell he has a passion for suits and fine clothing. I know other people work there, but seem to hide themselves away in back offices and don't bother to smile or say "Hello" when walking through the store front, gives a cold feeling. Came recommended from a close friend, and I would recommend to others as well, just demonstrate good communication if you are concerned with time/scheduling like I was.

Pretty happywith them. My husband and groomsmen are bigger guys and there was no problem getting them suits. Their customer service was excellent! Very helpful and great hours! Good thing on the hours too because they gave us the wrong colour ties. Which I only found the night before the wedding! That what I get for sending the boys to pick them up!

Great price, great time expectancy, and actual arrival, exactly what my fiance and I wanted, very professional and easy! Texted me when it was ready and let me wait over an hour in their private office when my fiance was late! LOL will definitely use again if ever needed.

Mallabar was able to order in a suit for my wedding which had excellent quality and fit very well too. The options cover all the basics and the staff work hard to make sure you feel comfortable... Long story short we had to push the wedding and Mallabar got my suit in within a ridiculous two week margin. I can’t express my appreciation of them making that work and the suit was excellent!
