It has been great dealing with True North Floors for my office reno. On time, quality work & super nice installers!

Great experience dealing with the whole team at True North Floors. We had left another establishment due to poor service and was already fuming as came to True North. We arrived on a day when they bought Pizza for their staff and they kindly offered us lunch while we looked through the samples. They didn't hesitate to let us take home many samples and we were lucky enough that one of the owners lived in our neighborhood and even dropped by to pick them up for us so we didn't have to drive across town to return them. Gary installed our floors and he's a true artist at his craft. He took the time to make everything go smoothly and we our install was above our expectations. When we got to the stair nosing, the company sent out a few samples directly to our house to match colors. I've never been more impressed. This business is in the sales and service industry and service is where most of these companies fall down.I'm happy to say we felt well taken care off from the first time Milan came out to measure our house. Keep-up this kind of service folks and people will take notice. I'd recommend True North Floors to any family member or friend.

So far so good! We only have dealt with them so far to choose our tiles, but they were very kind to meet us after hours as we couldn't get out work during the day, and Joel was super nice and helpful! So far if has been a great experience with them.
