I love the service at this store as. Their quality of products and variety!! Such knowledgeable caring staff and ownership.

About a month ago, I saw that they were open for appointments. It was easy to book on through their Facebook page. The initial fitting took no time at all and the first bra brought out was exactly what I was looking for. And it fit perfectly!

I've shopped at Ce Soir before and I'm always impressed by the selection. The staff is friendly and really know their stuff!

Originally, we had a difficult experience with finding a mastectomy prosthesis for my grandmother. Her first experience with this store was not a good one. However the owner, Carol, went above and beyond to make my grandmother happy and comfortable. She corrected the issues we had, promptly, by seeing my grandmother personally for a fitting, and explaining in detail certain things that my grandmother and I didn't understand. In the end, my grandmother got a prosthetic that makes her feel complete again (or as much as possible given the circumstances) and I'm happy because she's happy! I will shop here in the future, my grandmother will as well. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Carol at Ce Soir was wonderful. I reached out through social media to inquire about their return policy given the current environment of social distancing. She assured me the policy was flexible and I proceeded to let her know about the challenges I've had finding a sports bra that fits well (I'd tried Knix and Lululemon - no luck!)
She described how to properly size myself using a measuring tape and I gave her my measurements. She let me know which colours were available and I put in my order online.
Shortly thereafter, she sent a thank you email to let me know she appreciated my business, and the following day the sports bra was delivered to my house! Best of all - it fits like a glove so my woes of trying to hunt down the perfect sports bra are over.

This week I shopped online, DM'd with a question, they replied promptly. I ordered on Sunday night, it was in my mailbox by lunch monday. I received free delivery + 20% off & a sample of fabric wash. AWESOME. The only place I go for my girls needs ?
