(February 17, 2019, 11:11 pm)Second cup is a franchise. I haven't been to any other locations, but this one in the mall is quick and polite. I always grab tea's here for my wife and th staff and service is always great. My wife prefers their London fogs over Starbucks... Actually she prefers all their drinks over Starbucks.
