I had a mix up with an item I put on hold recently. Apparently someone decided to use my name and take the item instead of me. I really think that the holds system needs to be reviewed. Gotta say that the manager handled it very nicely, gave a $20 gift card, and apologized many times. Moreover, the district manager contacted me the day after, found the same item in another location, and put it on hold for me!! Now this is a customer service!

Nice clean store. Great to have sanitized change rooms to try on clothes. Helpful staff. More stock in store than even a week ago. Always love Marshalls.

Unfortunately I find that the selection lately is very little and I have a hard time finding anything worth buying. Unfortunately the buyers can't seem to keep up with the demand. Hopefully it will get better soon.

I've been in here multiple times now. The staff is always super friendly. All of them from the security guard to the cashier and floor personal. This is bigger and has more variety then the Winner's across the street.

So much variety. Unique items. Good prices.
