Sunova Credit Union

I wanted to share my experience after seeing so many negative reviews. I have been banking at Sunova for many years and have NEVER encountered a problem at this location. They're always friendly when assisting me, I never have to wait long to be seen, their operating hours are phenomenal for a credit union, I have never had any holds on cheques (which is perfect since I travel and get per diem cheques from work) and anytime I have to call in to inquire the person on the other end of the line is always friendly and helpful.

When they had a glitch in their system that took money out of my account the lady who had picked up my call was super accommodating. They troubleshooted the issue and made sure I wasn't charged overdraft if my bills got withdrawn before I got my money back (but the issue got correct quickly) Thanks Sunova for being a trustworthy place to bank!

The staff are friendly and understanding, the branch is helpful, quick and efficient! Not to mention the building is modern and cozy. Overall it was and has continued to be a fantastic experience for the 6 years I’ve been with the bank!
