We were in Appelt's on Saturday morning to look for a replacement wedding ring for my husband who lost his. Sidney was helping us and she was fantastic! We explained what his ring looked like and the limit we had through our insurance to replace it. She was not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect ring for him. She even included our 7 year old son by asking his opinion which made him feel included and we really appreciated that. They even cleaned and inspected the claws on my engagement ring while we were looking at options. My husband actually called the manager to let him know how happy we were with our experience but I wanted to make sure it reflected on their website too! Thanks again for making this so easy for us! We will definitely go back again.
